Denby CE(A) First School provides wrap around care every school day in term time only for the following sessions:
Breakfast Club 7.30 - 8.50 a.m (Monday - Friday)
After School Club 3.20 – 5.30 p.m (Monday - Thursday)
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
It is our commitment to provide a happy, safe and welcoming out-of-school club at an affordable price. Under the supervision of well qualified, caring staff, children of different ages will have access to a wide range of stimulating, creative, fun-filled activities as well as the opportunity to just quietly relax.
Regular evaluation with parents and children, will ensure the club maintains its high standards.
ACTIVITIES
We offer a wide variety of indoor & outdoor activities in a relaxed and friendly environment. There is:
a quiet area for reading, writing, drawing and homework
a relaxation area where children can watch television and DVD’s
outside play which includes a climbing frame
indoor activities such as arts & crafts, computer games and role-play.
Healthy snacks and drinks are also provided.

American Themed Breakfast
We held our first themed breakfast in Club this morning and went American!
On the menu were waffles and pancakes, along with berries and maple syrup. All washed down with a milkshake! The children loved it and culdn't resist going back for seconds (and thirds!)
Pizza Making
At OOSC the children enjoyed making their own pizzas for tea. They choose from a selection of toppings creating their own unique pizzas. The most difficult part was being patient whilst they cooked in the oven!
